Manchester City secured their second successive victory of the 2022/2023 UEFA Champions League Group Stage campaign, courtesy of a 2-1 win against German Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund.

The opening period finished goalless but the second half sprang to life as Jude Bellingham put the visitors in front. But late strikes from John Stones and the imperial Erling Haaland (who was facing his former team) both found the back of the net as Pep Guardiola’s men earned a second successive win.
In our second clash of the night, new Chelsea manager Graham Potter saw his debut end in a 1-1 draw with visiting Red Bull Salzburg at Stamford Bridge.

Raheem Sterling put the Blues in front early in the second half before Noah Okafor grabbed the equalizer later on, as Chelsea remain winless after their opening two group matches.
