North London outfit Arsenal began their 2022/2023 UEFA Europa League Group Stage campaign with a 2-1 victory over Swiss side FC Zurich on Thursday night.

Brazilian teenager Marquinhos who was handed his debut by manager Mikel Arteta, scored the opener before the hosts equalized via a 44th minute penalty.

Eddie Nketiah netted in the second half in the 62nd minute, to hand the three points to the Gunners.
