Chelsea come from behind to win the London derby thanks to super subs Kai Havertz and Ben Chilwell.
Antonio had opened the scoring in the 62nd minute. Chilwell was subbed in the 72nd minute and it only took him 4 minutes to score .
Havertz scored to seal all three points on the 88th minute.
