Erling Haaland bagged a hattrick in the opening 45 minutes of Manchester City’s game against Nottingham Forest. The Norwegian forward scored his first goal in the 12 minute courtesy of an assist from Phil Foden. Haaland doubled his tally in the 25th minute before registering a hattrick on the 38th minute. This is the second hattrick for the Norwegian in as many games as he sets a new top flight record of 9 goals in his first 5 Premier League game.

The scoring did not end as Cancelo made it 4 in the second half before Julian Alvarez scored his first Premier League goal and ending the game with a brace.

Arsenal made it 5 wins in a row to remain at the top of the Premier League table. Gabriel Jesus opened the scoring in the first half. Douglas Luiz equalised in the second half with an emphatic effort but Martinelli made sure Arsenal took all 3 points 3 minutes later.
