Goal! Man United 3-1 Crystal Palace
Palace do get a goal and it’s the experienced head of Joel Ward rising at the near post to head home from a corner.
United will be disappointed to concede in that manner, with the free header coming just seconds after a free header that led to the corner.

Jadon Sancho on the scoresheet, a clinical finish after Martial slotted him through with a nice touch. The winger always had too much pace to get away after Joel Ward played him onside.

Marcus Rashford doubles the lead for the Red Devils! Martial with a nice touch to bring the ball down about 25 yards from goal, fed back to Sancho, who ignored Van de Beek on the overlap to slide a through ball into Martial in the box.
He kept the ball from keeper Matthews and it popped out to Van de Beek, who could have shot but cut it back to Rashford, who was left with a tap in.

Team News
Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag could have a full squad to select from after all 31 members of the Tour 2022 party trained in Melbourne ahead of Tuesday’s clash with Crystal Palace.
Will Fish has been drafted in to replace Axel Tuanzebe, and there also was the welcome sight of David De Gea and Raphael Varane back in training on Monday. The manager had said he expected the pair to be able to rejoin the group after missing the 4-1 win over Melbourne Victory last week.
There are other members of the squad who will be keen to get a taste of the action against the Eagles as well, such as Hannibal, who made his maiden senior start for the club against Patrick Vieira’s men on the final day of the 2021/22 Premier League season.
Christian Eriksen and Lisandro Martinez will not be featuring, as their moves are yet to be completed, with the latter still to pass a medical, finalise personal terms and obtain a UK visa. Ten Hag has confirmed to club media that the new boys will not fly across the world for the remaining games in Australia.
Vieira has a youthful squad at his disposal, after a number of senior players did not make the trip Down Under. The likes of ex-Red Wilfried Zaha, Eberechi Eze and Marc Guehi are not in the squad.
