Premier League outfit Manchester United have revealed their schedule for pre-season, ahead of the 2022/2023 football campaign.
The Red Devils pre-season Tour of 2022 will see them travel to Bangkok in Thailand, Melbourne in Australia, and Perth also in Australia this summer, before rounding up with a trip to Oslo, Norway for a pre-season fixture against Spanish La Liga side Atletico Madrid.
Firstly, United will face rivals Liverpool in what should be an exciting and a not-to-be-missed game on July 12th at the Rajamangala Stadium in Thailand’s capital, as the club visits the city for the first time since 2013.

The squad will then fly to Australia for United’s first visit to Melbourne since 1999. Fans will be able to see the Red Devils play at the famed Melbourne Cricket Ground against local A-League team Melbourne Victory on July 15th, and against fellow Premier League campaigners Crystal Palace on July 19th.

To round things off in Australia, the team will travel to Perth to take on Aston Villa on July 23rd at the Optus Stadium, the scene for two victories in Tour 2019.

Erik ten Hag’s men will then play Atletico Madrid for a pre-season match before the start of the 2022/2023 Premier League campaign. The match will take place on July 30th and will see United return to play at the Ullevaal Stadium, Oslo, exactly three years to the day since they last played there against Kristiansund in 2019.
The 2022/2023 Premier League season will commence on August 6th, 2022.
