The Blues were on top of the game for the majority of an hour and were rewarded after Marcos Alonso fired home to beat De Gea insdie the box.
Tuchel’s men could not celebrate their lead for long as Cristiano Ronaldo burst into the Blues box to beat Mendy from close range.
