FT: Monaco 3-0 PSG, Parisians Humiliated by Monaco with goals from Ben Yedder, Volland

Monaco have shown how impressive they are agains the big teams under Clement by an emphatic 3-0 win over PSG.

A brace from Ben Yedder and a goal from Kevin Volland sealed the complete humiliation of the Parisians.

PSG have been focused on the Ligue 1 title following their stunning Champions League collapse against Real Madrid.

A French Cup defeat to Nice in January had previously ended their chances of a domestic double in 2021-22, but Mauricio Pochettino’s side are strong favorites to reclaim the Ligue 1 title given their 15-point lead over second-place Marseille with 10 matches remaining.

Despite their dominance in the league title race, PSG had lost two of their last four league games, alongside defeat in Madrid. Meanwhile, Monaco had won just twice in league action since the start of February.

This defeat further puts pressure on Mauricio Pochettino and fans are questioning his ability to handle a big team.
